Return Policy
At Mo Farm, we take great care in growing, harvesting, and delivering the highest quality fresh organic gourmet mushrooms. Due to the perishable nature of mushrooms, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Quality Assurance
- All mushrooms are harvested fresh and undergo strict quality control before being packed and shipped.
- Each order is picked on the date of posting to ensure maximum freshness and quality of product.
Reporting an Issue
If you encounter any issue with your order, please adhere to the following process:
- Photographic Evidence – Any concerns regarding quality or condition must be documented with clear photos on the day of receipt.
- Immediate Notification – Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with the photos and a description of the issue.
- Assessment & Resolution – We will assess your claim based on the provided evidence and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- As a fresh food product, mushrooms cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued for concerns arising from improper storage after delivery.
