Our Vision
Mo Farm is an organic, innovation-driven mushroom farm based in County Kerry, Ireland. Founded by John (“Mo”) and Sue, the farm produces certified organic gourmet mushrooms and functional mushroom products using regenerative and circular growing methods.
We are proud to produce our own spore cultures in-house, ensuring full provenance and truly Irish-grown mushrooms from culture to harvest. This commitment to quality, independence, and authenticity sits at the core of everything we do.
Alongside food production, Mo Farm is advancing research into mycelium-based leather and sustainable mushroom-derived green cosmetics — exploring how fungi can shape the future of materials as well as food. By combining on-farm production with applied research, we are developing a working model of circular, regenerative farming for the future.
